Key Responsibilities:
- Provide encryption support using approved enterprise encryption tools.
- Troubleshoot account lockout, password, and identity management issues.
- Support Unified Communications and Cisco VoIP phone issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Two years of computer support experience or equivalent combination.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
