Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project coordination for LOA Fix Stage 1, including integration modifications.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Lincoln, Time Away, Employee Programs, PayMeta, and Benefits teams.
- Manage project dependencies, risks, and escalations across multiple workstreams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in People Operations, Payroll, or HR Technology.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, or Absence modules.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, leave policies, and system integrations.
