Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives across EMEA, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching.
  • Own EMEA revenue attainment for new logo and expansion across Tiger Cloud and self-hosted deployments.
  • Build and enforce outbound motion with target account discipline and quality engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years managing a quota-carrying mid-market or enterprise sales team in SaaS or infrastructure.
  • Track record of building and scaling outbound motions with self-generated pipeline.
  • Experience selling to technical audiences like engineering leaders and CTOs.
