About the Role:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of health plan clients, ensuring program success.
- Partner with Account Executives to drive retention and growth, and lead client check-ins and business reviews.
Operations & Service Delivery:
- Execute account management standards, respond to client issues, and track action items.
- Coordinate with internal teams on implementation and ongoing requirements.
Strategy & Marketing:
- Develop account strategies, analyze data, and prepare client-facing reporting.
- Lead marketing campaign delivery to drive member engagement and report outcomes.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor key metrics like enrollment and utilization, and address performance gaps.
- Escalate at-risk accounts to leadership and support business review preparation.
