Role Overview:
- Engage directly with C-suite and senior leadership to define AI-led transformation as a strategic imperative.
- Work across domains, functions, and industries, moving fluidly between strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure ambiguous challenges into clear problem statements and executable recommendations.
- Architect AI-agentic workflows and lead on-premises to NiCE CXone cloud migration strategy.
- Design and run enterprise change management programs across people, process, and technology.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in management consulting or transformation strategy with C-suite influence.
- Deep familiarity with contact center ecosystems, CX strategy, and CCaaS/UCaaS platforms.
- Strong executive communication, structured problem-solving, and change management skills.
