About the Role:
- Own payroll, multi-state compliance, benefits, leaves, and HR policies.
- Partner with Finance, Recruiting, IT, Ops, and managers; report to Head of People.
What You'll Do:
- Run accurate bi-weekly payroll in Gusto and Deel.
- Own tax setup, workers' comp, unemployment, and government notices.
- Support employees with benefits, leaves, accommodations, onboarding, and offboarding.
