About the Role:

  • This is a relationship-support role embedded in the Enterprise CS team.
  • You'll partner with senior CSMs to ensure no detail slips through the cracks on high-stakes accounts.
  • This role is a launchpad for growing into a full CSM position in enterprise healthcare SaaS.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare quarterly executive business reviews by pulling data, assembling slides, and coordinating logistics.
  • Draft follow-up communications, track open commitments, and maintain stakeholder maps in CRM.
  • Monitor account health signals and maintain accurate records in HubSpot.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of customer-facing or account support experience in SaaS or healthcare operations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong written communication with attention to detail.
  • Proactive nature, proficiency with slide software and CRM, and comfort with ambiguity.
