Senior HR Business Partner, Talent Strategy

About the Role:

• We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner, Talent Strategy to own full-cycle recruiting and serve as a strategic bridge between hiring managers and candidates.
• This role reports to the Director of People Ops and involves shaping hiring strategy, building candidate relationships, and leveraging AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead structured intake conversations and serve as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy and market compensation.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with candidates and maintain proactive sourcing strategies.
• Use AI tools to accelerate workflows and maintain clean data in Greenhouse.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 4 years in-house.
• Experience in healthtech or digital health preferred.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, modern sourcing tools, and AI tools.
