Responsibilities:
- Contact and qualify cold and warm leads with phone calls and strategically prioritize target account lists.
- Conduct high-level conversations with contacts at target accounts and lead follow-up activity based on marketing events.
- Act as subject matter expert, track activity in CRM, and report to KPIs.

- 2-3 years prior sales experience in real estate, with prior CRM experience (Close.com).
- Excellent internet for video calls, working computer, and ability to work in US time zones.
- Excellent English, including understanding of idioms, and ability to provide three references.
