Order Management Specialist

About the Role:

• Effectively manage day-to-day tasks to ensure opportunities progress to revenue quickly.
• Review/approve opportunities for accuracy and completeness.
• Partner with Finance and Sales to resolve order questions and process orders within defined SLAs.

Responsibilities:

• Help identify deficiencies in the quote to invoice cycle.
• Build and utilize deal tracking and status reports to identify bottlenecks.
• Support internal finance teams during audits based on predefined way of work.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of related work experience in Quote to Cash, Order Management, Sales Operations or Deal Desk.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
