Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for device inventory procurement, deployment, and management in Colombia.
- Respond to IT support tickets and contribute to the Jira backlog of initiative-based tasks.
- Conduct IT onboarding training for new hires and manage offboarding processes.
Required Experience:
- 2-6 years of experience with cloud-based productivity suites and device management.
- Proficiency in macOS and Windows enterprise management tools.
- Experience with IT service management platforms and ticket automation.
