Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to prospective customers fitting the ideal persona via cold calls, texts, and integrated campaigns.
- Research and craft personalized outreach targeting performance marketing and creative pain points.
- Build foundational outbound processes, messaging, and strategy for the Ad Studio product.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and self-starter attitude in a high-growth startup environment.
- Comfort operating without an established playbook and creating one.
- 1+ years experience engaging customers or prospects in tech, marketing, or advertising.
Compensation:
- On-Target Earnings: $100,000 annually, Base Salary: $70,000 annually.
- Meaningful equity compensation with early exercise and 10-year post-termination exercise window.
