Senior People and Talent Manager

Key Focus Areas:

• Talent Acquisition: Run full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines, and own ATS operations.
• HR & People Operations: Draft policies, maintain compliance, administer leaves, and manage lifecycle.
• DEI & Culture Stewardship: Serve as internal DEI partner, build inclusive practices, and ensure equitable access.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years across HR and recruiting with depth in both, ideally in an agency or creative environment.
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment law and experience with policy writing and leave administration.
• Comfort sourcing passive candidates and using ATS like Greenhouse; fluency with HRIS like Rippling and Lattice.
