Pre-boarding and Onboarding: Monitor task completion across the workflow, proactively following up with new hires, managers, and partners to close gaps.
Orientation Coordination: Partner with Learning & Development to schedule sessions, manage the calendar, and coordinate logistics with facilitators and IT.

Reporting & Data Integrity:

Audit people systems for accuracy, identify and correct discrepancies, and maintain clean records to ensure audit readiness.
Pull regular and ad hoc reports as needed, supporting cross-functional visibility.

Team Member Support:

Serve as initial point of contact for questions on pre-boarding, onboarding, policies, benefits, and general People Ops.
Support special projects on process improvement and system implementations as the company scales.
