About the Role:

  • You will own the post-contract relationship for utility accounts, ensuring they realize full value from the platform.
  • You'll work with wildfire risk managers, operations teams, and regulatory affairs leads at IOUs and public utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regular check-ins, business reviews, and executive-level touchpoints to maintain strong relationships.
  • Own the renewal process and adherence to contracted scope, managing change requests.
  • Track customer engagement and usage metrics; intervene when adoption lags.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or technical program management with utility experience.
  • Solid understanding of utility wildfire risk management practices including WMP and PSPS.
  • Ability to engage credibly on quantitative risk analytics and fire modeling with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
