Position Summary:

  • Provide assistance to customers and restaurant owners with account management and order inquiries.
  • Handle changes to accounts, minor menu updates, and order-related questions.
  • Work a remote afternoon to evening shift in CST time zones.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls for acknowledgment errors.
  • Manage incoming tickets from email or text via CRM.
  • Return calls for voicemails and document all correspondence accurately.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and fluency in English and Thai required.
  • Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills needed in a Windows environment.
