Role Overview:
- Own the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of hotel clients.
- Be the trusted advisor on HotStats, driving retention and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic check-ins, training, and QBRs with AI-assisted prep.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to shape the product.
- Use AI analytics to proactively manage churn and growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years in SaaS or hospitality tech client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of USALI and hotel performance reporting.
- Comfort with AI tools and a data-driven approach.
