About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Customer Support Agent with experience to help us provide top-notch customer service to our players.
  • You will be part of our support team, taking care of electronic data processing.
  • You will be the first point of contact, processing incoming emails and responding to questions efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented approach.
  • Strong preference for candidates based close to the CET time zone.
