Role Overview:

  • Promote and sell BICS as a leading international Messaging Hub for traffic worldwide.
  • Manage messaging relationships with customers within the assigned portfolio.
  • Optimize profitability across both selling and buying activities.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily monitoring of customer traffic, win-back actions, promotions, and commercial activities.
  • Coordinate activities aimed at maximizing traffic volumes, including fraud management.
  • Negotiate termination rates with existing accounts to maintain competitive cost structures.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relations.
  • Hands-on experience in telecom wholesale messaging with a focus on A2P SMS.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
