Role Overview:
- Promote and sell BICS as a leading international Messaging Hub for traffic worldwide.
- Manage messaging relationships with customers within the assigned portfolio.
- Optimize profitability across both selling and buying activities.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform daily monitoring of customer traffic, win-back actions, promotions, and commercial activities.
- Coordinate activities aimed at maximizing traffic volumes, including fraud management.
- Negotiate termination rates with existing accounts to maintain competitive cost structures.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relations.
- Hands-on experience in telecom wholesale messaging with a focus on A2P SMS.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
