Position Summary:
- Work collaboratively with departments, transportation providers, school districts, and parents.
- Ensure safe and timely transport of students within designated territory.
- Focus on improving service quality, productivity, and reducing costs.
Responsibilities:
- Use effective industry skills to support innovative transportation services.
- Exercise excellent customer service while identifying and escalating challenges.
- Manage daily service of accounts and recruit service providers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in transportation/operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
