What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Acquire and manage partners within your assigned territory and Ideal Customer Profile.
- Execute ConnectWise's value-based sales methodology.
What Success Looks Like:
- Average deal size of $15K+ annual contract value with up to 85 deals per year.
- Consistent achievement of annual revenue growth targets.
- Strong pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Proven success managing full-cycle sales in a high-volume environment.
- High activity mindset comfortable with 40–50 outbound calls per day.
