Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and influence overall customer satisfaction and profitability for assigned accounts.
  • Implement and manage effective program delivery, including communication strategies and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of customers' business and human capital concerns to identify service gaps.
  • Retain and grow the book of business by meeting satisfaction ratings and identifying upselling opportunities.

Job Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of account management experience required, with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in insurance, benefits, healthcare, or HR-related services is a plus.
  • Proven track record of selling additional service lines and stable work history.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to travel approximately 25%.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace are required.
  • Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and events.
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer.
