What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach & develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work, ongoing feedback, role-plays, and hands-on sales training.
- Own regional revenue performance by driving consistent activity, supporting both new sales and account expansion.
- Maintain world-class Salesforce hygiene & forecasting , reviewing pipelines weekly, ensuring accurate data.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience leading and developing field sales reps, ideally in high-growth or high-velocity environments.
- Comfortable spending the majority of your time on the road.
- Proficiency in modern sales practices and the ability to coach Territory Managers to master them.
