Role Overview:
- Define and own the AI/automation roadmap for the pre-sales team.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations to accelerate technical discovery, demos, RFP/RFI responses, and POC execution.
- Integrate AI tools with CRM, proposal, and knowledge management systems.
Process and Impact:
- Map pre-sales workflows end-to-end to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize for reliability and business impact.
- Partner with Marketing to support inbound lead handling and present progress to leadership.
Team and Mentorship:
- Set technical standards and best practices for AI tooling across the pre-sales function.
- Mentor other GTM Engineers and act as a technical reference for the team.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Sales leadership to align priorities with business needs.
