Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own and evolve our Workday platform, focusing on Core HCM and Security.
This role designs and optimizes scalable people systems that support business growth and operational efficiency.
You will act as a strategic partner to People, Finance, and IT teams, translating business needs into system solutions.

What You'll Do:

Administer Workday Payroll configuration end-to-end and serve as primary systems contact for Payroll Operations.
Drive scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy across the enterprise.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure data consistency and integrity across Workday and downstream systems.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll configuration and administration experience required.
Strong configuration experience in Workday Payroll and Core HCM.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders in People, Accounting, and IT.
