Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments and inquiries via phone, fax, email, and other channels with efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist new members with service introductions and explanation of available processes and providers.
- Update patients on referral or authorization statuses and handle high volume calls professionally.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- No prior experience needed; on-the-job training provided.
- Must live in or around Lexington, Kentucky for potential on-site training or meetings.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain call control and de-escalate issues.
- Independent problem-solving with attention to detail.
