Overview:
- Travel Leaders Network is a passionate community of travel professionals focused on mutual success, representing over 5,700 travel agency locations.
- As an Account Manager, you will oversee strategies for preferred partners, including contract negotiations and revenue optimization.
- You will work in a highly collaborative environment uniting suppliers, advisors, and multiple business units.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate annual contracts for new and existing preferred partners to maximize revenue and develop strategic plans aligned with budgeted forecasts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for account communications and problem resolution.
- Analyze revenue and booking trends, modifying goals as required by market conditions, and present monthly internal performance updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred, plus a minimum of 5-7 years of travel industry sales and/or marketing experience with an emphasis on account management.
- Proven experience in developing and executing partnerships with suppliers to enhance relationships and revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and presentation skills, with impeccable attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $53,462 to $80,000 per year, plus eligibility for incentive programs.
