What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the national point of contact for key brokerage and consulting partners
- Drive growth by generating qualified opportunities through consultant partners
- Partner closely with Account Executives and Client Management to activate relationships

- Commercially sharp and understands how partnerships translate into pipeline
Role Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the employer healthcare benefits space
- Proven experience building and managing relationships with brokerage firms
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
