About the Role:
- Lead all recruiting operations across the full hiring lifecycle.
- Own and optimize the TA technology stack and vendor relationships.

- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record of building TA infrastructure in high-growth environments.
- Strong data fluency and operator mindset.
