Accountabilities:
- Deliver premium white-glove technical support to executive users both onsite and remotely.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Install, configure, and maintain corporate computers, AV systems, and collaboration tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 2 years experience in corporate IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and AV systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to support executive-level users.
