Key Responsibilities:

What you need to perform in this job:
- College diploma or university degree in an IT-related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus
- 2+ years in a Senior/Second-level Support, DataOps, SRE, SysAdmin, or Technical Business Analyst role
