- Serve as a subject matter expert on Entrata's suite of products and consulting processes.
- Develop effective relationships with customers to understand and support their unique business goals.
- Deliver comprehensive guidance on system configuration and implementation strategies for Small Market and Mid-Market customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of customer service and consulting within a SaaS or software implementation environment.
- Proficient communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently on moderately complex assignments.
