Implementation Specialist (Contractor)

Client Support & Ticket Management:

• You will monitor and respond to Included Access tickets within established SLA timeframes.
• You will own tickets from assignment to closure, providing detailed documentation and status updates.
• You will ensure all communications are professional, accurate, and timely.

System Configuration & Quality Assurance:

• You will perform system configurations using the HUB and other internal tools as assigned.
• You will conduct peer quality assurance reviews and pre-launch testing to ensure system functionality and data accuracy.
• You will maintain accurate documentation of configurations and testing results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• You will collaborate with Implementation Consultants, Project Managers, and internal teams to resolve issues and drive client success.
• You will escalate tickets that require strategic intervention and track progress to resolution.
• You will contribute to knowledge management and process improvement initiatives.
