Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with scaling companies in Europe. Responsibilities include setting up hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics. You'll be responsible for analyzing the best candidate sources and running sourcing activities. This role requires strong communication skills in English and German (C1 level). The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Commercial, Tech, or Operations hiring, preferably in a fast-growing environment. The role also involves actively implementing ideas to improve the client's hiring funnel. It is a full-time role that offers an indefinite B2B contract.
