About the Opportunity:
- This is a 12-month contract role, remote within India.
- Approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility in how you deliver impact.
- You'll work with schools and education bodies to simplify onboarding.
What You'll Do:
- Guide SSO setup, domain verification, and account provisioning for schools.
- Troubleshoot Google Workspace and Microsoft backend integration issues end to end.
- Track support patterns and feed insights back to reduce friction.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in technical support, implementation, or solutions roles.
- Strong knowledge of SSO, SAML/OAuth, and identity access setups.
- Clear communication in English and Hindi, with a calm, methodical approach.
