Deal Desk and Approvals Analyst

Role Summary:

• Owns the day-to-day execution of Muvr’s deal desk.
• Manages exceptions, enforcing approval policies.
• Ensures quotes and contracts are accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review commercial terms and pricing for accuracy.
• Ensure contract and quote data is correctly captured in the CRM.
• Maintain and enforce deal desk policies.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years experience in a deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations, or similar commercial operations role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM quoting workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort reviewing contracts.
