Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts, serving as the trusted advisor for all post-sale needs
  • Proactively monitor account health signals and take action to reduce churn risk before it escalates
  • Lead regular client check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews to align on goals, surface issues, and strengthen relationships

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing B2B SaaS role
  • Familiarity with EOR , PEO , global payroll, or international HR services is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 30-60+ accounts simultaneously while maintaining high satisfaction scores
