About the Role:

  • Provide proactive technical support to Premium Support customers.
  • Work with people who “wrote the book” on hacking and internet security.
  • Ensure customers are protected, stable, and empowered to stop breaches.

What You'll Do:

  • Onboard new customers to the CrowdStrike platforms.
  • Engage with customers at all levels of their organization.
  • Research customers’ technical issues and follow up with action plans.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience working with Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms
  • Python Scripting and RestAPI experience
