About the Role:
- Provide proactive technical support to Premium Support customers.
- Work with people who “wrote the book” on hacking and internet security.
- Ensure customers are protected, stable, and empowered to stop breaches.
What You'll Do:
- Onboard new customers to the CrowdStrike platforms.
- Engage with customers at all levels of their organization.
- Research customers’ technical issues and follow up with action plans.
What You'll Need:
- Experience working with Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms
- Python Scripting and RestAPI experience
