Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve incoming IT service desk tickets in Jira related to hardware, software, or user access issues.
  • Assist with diagnosing and resolving end-user device issues, including both macOS and Windows systems.
  • Support the setup, imaging, and distribution of laptops and peripherals for new and existing employees.
