Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve incoming IT service desk tickets in Jira related to hardware, software, or user access issues.
- Assist with diagnosing and resolving end-user device issues, including both macOS and Windows systems.
- Support the setup, imaging, and distribution of laptops and peripherals for new and existing employees.
What We Look For:
- Familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking, device configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace.
