Advisory and Coaching: Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to leaders. Provide guidance and thought leadership on performance management, change management, employee relations, talent planning, career development, and manager enablement. Assess organizational health and effectiveness, surfacing opportunities to improve clarity, efficiency, and team structure.

Program Management: Lead the project management and execution of key People programs, including performance reviews, compensation processes, and engagement survey action planning. Build and implement scalable programs and policies to attract, develop, and retain talent. Use data and insights to inform recommendations and drive stronger business outcomes.

Relationship Building: Be the primary point of contact for SE & RevOps team members, supporting employees and managers at all levels. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build innovative solutions. Work closely with the broader People team to drive impactful change.
