Advisory and Coaching: Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to leaders. Provide guidance and thought leadership on performance management, change management, employee relations, talent planning, career development, and manager enablement. Assess organizational health and effectiveness, surfacing opportunities to improve clarity, efficiency, and team structure.
