Strategic Business Partnership:
- Serve as a dedicated People Partner to Commercial (Sales) and Finance teams, building trusted relationships with C-level leaders.
- Provide full-spectrum support: workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, performance management, compensation guidance, and employee relations.
- Use people data to proactively surface insights on team health, retention, and performance.
Operational People Partner:
- Own employee relations for entry-level roles across Clinical Operations and Customer Support, ensuring consistency and rigor.
- Lead investigations, manage Workday case triage, and own the end-to-end exit survey process.
- Analyze exit survey data to identify trends and translate findings into actionable insights for leaders.
Qualifications:
- 4–7+ years of progressive HR/People experience spanning HRBP, generalist, or employee relations roles.
- Proven experience managing employee relations investigations and case management with strong documentation discipline.
- Proficiency with Workday, solid U.S. employment law knowledge, and an analytical mindset.
What We Offer:
- Base salary range $135,000 - $150,000 USD, plus comprehensive benefits and annual bonus.
- A hybrid work environment with 2–3 days/week in New York, NY (Chelsea) preferred.
