Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform onsite installation, qualification, upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance of next-generation sequencing instruments.
  • Diagnose complex product and instrument issues, identify root causes, and implement effective field-based solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, physics, biology, chemistry, or related discipline with at least 1 year of relevant field service or industry experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Italian required.
