Provider Data Operations Supervisor

About the role:

• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of colleagues to support a best-in-class lean operation.
• Partner with departmental managers to drive objectives and key results for productivity, client satisfaction, and process efficiencies.
• Manage team reporting, identify areas of improvement, and ensure team output meets expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate departmental performance by creating and analyzing data metrics and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful change management and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, construct action plans, and maintain KPIs to meet departmental objectives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• 2+ years in an operations role supporting production teams.
• 1+ year using data to drive decision making and continuous improvement.
• 3+ years of provider data experience with a health insurance company.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, JIRA, and/or SQL.
