About Uplisting:
- Uplisting is a fast-growing platform for short-term rental operators, acquired by AirDNA in 2023.
- We empower hosts to streamline operations and unlock growth with automation and insights.
Your Mission:
- Own New Business and Renewals, building an outbound engine from scratch.
- Coach every AE to hit their number and jump into deals when needed.
What We Offer:
- Salary £60k-£65k base with OTE £110k-£120k, plus pension and education stipend.
- Fully remote role based in the UK, with budget for travel and team events.
Who You Are:
- Experienced player-coach in B2B SaaS sales with 5+ years leading teams.
- Deep knowledge of PMS or short-term rental industry and HubSpot expertise.
