Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for enterprise infrastructure services and operational support.
Ensure reliable delivery of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, patching, monitoring, and Azure AVD/VDI services.

Vendor & Application Stewardship:

Maintain inventories of third-party applications and engineering tools used across software products.
Coordinate vendor support, licensing, renewals, and lifecycle planning with procurement and security teams.

Operational Maturity & Documentation:

Partner with operations to translate service standards into runbooks, workflows, and repeatable practices.
Drive utilization, process improvement, and clear technical documentation across the service portfolio.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and technical teams.
Conduct regular one-on-ones and develop team members through feedback and career growth planning.
