Role Overview:
- Accelerate growth by identifying and advancing strategic revenue opportunities.
- Support national account implementations and re-engagement on lost client volumes.
- Serve as a connector between operating companies, National Sales, and Customer Site Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with National Account Managers to grow implementation opportunities across operating companies.
- Coordinate communication between corporate sales and local teams during customer implementations.
- Maintain Spotio CRM records, track implementation milestones, and provide reporting on activity and revenue.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of inside sales, business development, or account coordination experience.
- Strong organizational skills and CRM/Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to work across a decentralized organization and resolve customer issues effectively.
