New Sourcer, Business Recruiting

What you will do:

• Own the top of funnel candidate lifecycle, from first contact through handoff to recruiters.
• Proactively identify passive talent using Boolean search, X-ray search, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
• Build talent maps, target company lists, and always-on talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

What you bring:

• 2 to 4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech or SaaS.
• Strong Boolean and X-ray search skills, plus hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and a sourcing tool such as Gem.
• Clear written communication and a consultative approach with hiring managers.
