Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complex operational challenges.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure operational issues are resolved.
- Collaborate on projects spanning operational improvement and system optimisation.
Required System Improvements:
- Observe onboarding and mobility workflows and provide recommendations.
- Provide support during escalations and contribute to post-incident analysis.
- Act as the initial escalation point for operational issues.
Project Execution:
- Partner with manager to design and implement initiatives across onboarding operations.
- Serve as the first-line escalation owner for operational concerns.
- Analyse, design, and execute technical and automation improvements.
