Own the full expert lifecycle: sourcing, vetting, testing, onboarding, and database management.
Run internal and external sourcing campaigns to maintain a healthy pipeline for enterprise-scale multilingual and multimodal AI programs.
Report to the Director, Talent Community, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Revenue stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

Experience in Applied AI (e.g., AI data sourcing, model evaluation) or localization vendor management.
Track record of running large-scale multilingual projects across text, audio, image, and video.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to prioritize under deadline pressure.

Nice to Have:

2+ years in recruiting, sourcing, vendor management, or talent acquisition within localization or AI data.
Professional-level English; additional languages are a plus.
