Mid-Market Account Executive

About the Role:

• High-impact, full-cycle sales role focused on winning new mid-market customers.
• Own the sales journey from prospecting through product demonstrations, negotiation, and close.
• Combine inbound opportunities with proactive, self-sourced pipeline generation.

Accountabilities:

• Build, develop, and manage a healthy sales pipeline through self-sourced prospecting and SDR-supported opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle for mid-market new business, from initial outreach to closing.
• Conduct consultative discovery to identify business challenges and align solutions to customer needs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS or MarTech sales to mid-market customers.
• Demonstrated success acquiring new customers and closing net-new business.
• Legally authorized to work in Romania; no visa sponsorship or relocation support.
